Commander Effects
Aspect of Nerull (epic) - Whenever a living creature within 6 squares is destroyed, this creature heals 10 hp.
Aspect of Tiamat - Dragon and spawn followers get attack +2 and melee damage +5.
Blackguard on Nightmare - Tyrannical Morale +6
Blackguard on Nightmare (epic) - Tyrannical Morale +6
Cleric of Nerull - Followers gain Death Strike (When this follower's hp are reduced to 0 or lower, it may make one immediate melee attack).
Count Strahd Von Zarovich, Vampire - Routing creatures get Speed + 4.
Count Strahd Von Zarovich, Vampire (epic) - Routing creatures get Speed +4.
Dark Naga - Special ability DCs of Aberration followers are +2 over printed numbers.
Displacer Beast Pack Lord - Followers whose name contains 'Displacer' get melee damage +5 and gain fearless.
Duergar Slaver - Routing enemies that take damage are eliminated.
Goblin Underboss - Followers get damage +5 when using any Sneak Attack
Grim Necromancer - Undead followers gain attack +4.
Half Orc Fighter - Melee attack +2.
High Inquisitor - Each enemy hit by a smite attack must make a morale save.
Hobgoblin Marshal - Goblinoid follwers get Speed +2
Hobgoblin Sergeant - Followers gain melee attack +1 for each active creature you control adjacent to the followers target.
Hobgoblin Talon of Tiamat - Dragon, goblinoid and spawn followers get attack +3.
Human Blackguard - Tyrannical Morale +4.
Human Cleric of Bane - Followers gain melee attack +4 and melee damage +5 against creatures that are out of command or routing
Inspired Lieutenant - Each follower gets melee attack +2, or melee attack +4 if it has psionics.
King Snurre - Followers gain Pushback (When this creatures melee attack deals damage to a smaller creature; it may push the smaller creature one square.)
Kobold Sorcerer - Kobold followers gain Conceal 6.
Lady Vol - Followers gain Death Burst (15 damage; DC 15).
Lord of Blades - Construct/Living Construct gain Powerful Charge +10, living gain Fearless.
Lord of Blades (epic) - Construct/Living Construct gain Powerful Charge +10, living gain Fearless.
Lord Soth - Followers that cause a creature to route with a melee attack can make an immediate attack of opportunity against that routing creature.
Lord Soth (epic) - Each follower that causes an enemy to rout with a melee attack can immediately make an immediate attack of opportunity against that routing enemy. If that attack hits, that enemy is eliminated.
Mercenary General - Commanders in your warband gain Fearless.
Mercenary Sergeant - Followers who are also under command by a different commander get melee attack +2.
Mina, Dark Cleric - Followers gain melee attack +4 and damage +5 against enemies affected by bestow curse.
Mind Flayer - Enemy creatures gain Morale Save -4.
Mordenkainen the Mage - Mordenkainen's Faithful Hound (Enemies lose Conceal and take 5 magic damage whenever they activate)
Mordenkainen the Mage (epic) - Mordenkainen's Faithful Hound. Enemies lose Conceal and take 5 magic damage whenever they activate.
Ogre Mage - Followers get melee attack +2 against noncommanders.
Orog Warlord - Each turn, each follower gets melee attack +3 until it moves.
Pit Fiend - Lawful Evil Outsider followers get melee damage +5 and Immune Fire.
Pit Fiend (epic) - Followers get Immune Aura of Fear, Fire.
Rakshasa - Followers benefit from the Commander Effects of every enemy commander this creature can see.
Red Hand War Sorcerer - Followers are immune to this creature's spells. Enemies get save -2 against spells.
Red Wizard - Whenever followers cast spells that deal damage, they deal damage +5 over printed amount.
Sahuagin Baron - Sahuagin and Aquatic followers get damage +5 against wounded enemies.
Shuluth, Archvillain - Disorienting Presence (Each active enemy that activates within 6 squares must move at least 1 square at the start of it's turn, DC 16)
Shuluth, Archvillain (epic) - Disorienting Presence (Each active enemy that activates within 6 squares must move at least 1 square at the start of it's turn, DC 20)
Skullsplitter - Tyrannical Morale +4.
Snig the Axe - Small followers gain melee damage +5.
Snig, Worg Rider - Small followers gain +5 melee damage.
Troglodyte Captain - Followers get melee attack +5 against enemies affected by Stench.
Ultroloth - Yugoloth followers gain Hide.
Ultroloth (epic) - Yugoloth followers gain Hide.
Urthok the Vicious - Followers gain melee attack +2, or Goblinoid followers gain melee attack +4.
Warpriest of Hextor - Followers that make more than 1 melee attack in a turn gain attack +4 on attacks after the first.
